YouPoliticsNews presents the evidence that Michael Brown’s stepfather should be charged not only for inciting riots, but because his lack of respect for the police made him “culpable” for his stepson’s death.. YouPoliticsNews states “ Fox News Medical A-Team member and resident psychiatrist Dr. Keith Ablow on Wednesday argued that Michael Brown’s stepfather should be charged not only for inciting riots, but because his lack of respect for the police made him “culpable” for his stepson’s death.
A St. Louis County Police spokesperson said on Tuesday that stepfather Louis Head was under investigation for yelling angry comments — including “Burn this bitch down!” — just moments after learning that a grand jury had refused to charge Ferguson police Officer Darren Wilson with Brown’s death.”
I’ve read, so far, 3 different articles about the information within the autopsy reports. I have watched Wilson’s interview once and am in the process of watching it, again as I type this report. Based upon viewing the photos in question and hearing Wilson’s testimony, it was all that Mr. Wilson claimed it was. In all, one thing is, evidently, clear. There was some sort of close encounter between Wilson and Brown. No denying that based on blood and particle evidence. After that point, the forensic evidence can’t really determine if everything occurred that was stated.
According to Wilson, he was being ferociously and savagely beaten to the degree he believed one more punch would incapacitate him, meaning render him unconscious. Keep in mind, this was recorded on T.V. IF someone is being hit that hard, there would be bruising, minor to significant swelling, petechiae in the eye, evidence of broken facial and/or orbital bones…….something, right? There was nothing, but some redness in the face. The same redness similar to what you would see after a chemical peel or sun burn. Wilson stated he even fired at Brown and his friend while they were running away after Mr. Brown’s hand (thumb) had been grazed by a bullet.
The question begging to be asked is why didn’t he use nonlethal force? He is a trained professional in a position of great authority. Police officers are equipped with stun guns, billy clubs, pepper spray and their fire arms. If you have enough time to exit and peruse on foot, why not holster your gun, and use pepper spray or a taser? and many times, in alot of cases, not just this one, Why wasn’t the dash cam on?
I want to say there is no emotion in anything I’m saying. I’m simply asking legitimate questions and highlighting the facts. I don’t care about race, gender, orientation, creed or anything else. I just want the facts.
