TX: Homeowner Shoots Charging Home Invader

Police say 44-year-old Luke Garrison, a Brownsboro resident, was shot while breaking into a home in the 900 block of Charleston Drive, at the corner of Charleston and Trenton Drives.
According to Detective Andy Erbaugh, 77-year-old Bobby Shaw, of Tyler, was in a room in his home when he heard glass breaking and retrieved his shotgun. “The homeowner, when he heard the window break, retrieved his shotgun and when the suspect charged him inside his home he discharged his shotgun one time, killing the suspect.”
