Not really. Perceived recoil is affected by many factors, stock design and weapon weight being but two of them. The self loading action soaks up some of the kick as well.
My HK-91 had very little felt recoil difference between it and an AR-15 just as one example.
I love my SAR 48 Israeli FAL heavy barrel. I can fan the trigger, empty a 20 round mag in 5 seconds and hold it on target while doing so. Utilizing the bi pod of course. Not very practical to wag around as it weighs 16 pounds. Never had a misfire in the 400 rounds I have put through it.
so, the SCAR-17 supposedly has the recoil of an AR-15, yet it’s chambered in .308?
that’s kind of hard to believe.

I’ll stick with my POF and my Sig 716.
I’ll pass on both…
You need to put titles on your video when you mention names. You’re hard to hear with messy sound.
And what about IWI weapons? They look very good to me and their design makes sense to me.
