WI: Man uses Semi-Automatic Rifle to Hold Burglar

Few details are clear in this report of an armed American holding an armed intruder at gunpoint, but a semi-automatic rifle is specifically mentioned.

Police said a fight then ensued between the two men, both of whom were armed, and a shot was fired during the struggle. Krause pinned Graham’s neck to the ground with his knee, took his handgun and pushed a pistol into the side of his head, according to the police report.

Police said Krause then led Graham into the office, where he forced him onto the floor. Officers said they overheard Krause yell, “Don’t you (expletive) move or I’ll blow your head off,” and witnessed Krause pointing a semi-automatic rifle at Graham.

Krause immediately put down the weapon when officers entered the office, according to the police report.
