Sheriff's deputies arrived at the home in the 46100 block of Adams Street around 3:30 a.m. after hearing reports of a “prowler” in the area, according to a Riverside County Sheriff's release. They also got a call from a woman who told them that her husband had shot an intruder inside their home.
