Dialing Up a Storm: CIA’s Weather Weapons Could Already Be Here
Editor’s Note: The only thing about this that is even remotely surprising about this is how the media outlets reporting on it are acting like weather manipulation by our government and other governments is new.
A leading US climate scientist has revealed that he has been contacted by CIA agents, who were interested in learning how they could secretly interfere with the climate of another country without being spotted; the spy agents however masked it up by saying they were looking for methods to spot ‘hostile nations’ attempts to upset US weather.
Professor Alan Robock from Rutgers University in New Jersey revealed that he has been contacted by CIA, which was searching for information on possible ways to disrupt the weather and the chances of being spotted.
The scientist says that three years ago he received a call asking whether experts would be able to spot attempts of “hostile nations” to upset the US climate, triggering droughts or flooding.
