The US “regime change” plan for Syria has produced nothing but al-Qaeda and ISIS domination. This week yet another of the main US-backed “moderate” rebel groups has disbanded, handing their (US-supplied) weapons over to the al-Nusra Front. Do the neocons concede the folly of their plans?
