MUST SEE: Florida Citizen Pulls Cop Over, Issues Warning (VIDEO)

A new Youtube video has just recently surfaced out of Florida showing a brave citizen turning the tables on a deputy sheriff, pulling him over for numerous violations.
“The reason I pulled you over today, I’m actually doing a citizen’s pull over because I’m not sure if you’re aware of this or not, but your headlight is out,” Bocanegra states.

“Yes, I’m aware,” the officer responds.
“Well, you’re driving an authorized city vehicle in unsafe conditions. I’ve actually been pulled over for this same exact thing and was given a ticket,” Bocanegra informs the officer, before graciously letting him off the hook.
“So, I’m actually not gonna give you a ticket today, I’m actually gonna give you a warning,” he tells the sheriff’s deputy, who sarcastically responds, “Oh, thank you for that.”
“I’m just letting you know that as a citizen of the United States of America, we have rights and we have rights to actually hold our police accountable,” Bocanegra tells the officer.

The cops can take in excess of 3 minutes just checking if he had nystagmus but can’t follow protocol before murdering somebody or causing unnecessary intentional bodily injury. This guy is wizzing down the highway at 90 mph (that’s was he was ticketed for) and this bloodhound of a cop says he could smell marijuana from him, his bike; no wait a minute, his clothes; no that’s not it, his backpack’ nope try again. Sounds like BS and police harassment. I think the cop might have realized he was being taped then tried to back peddle and say he now doesn’t smell anything and it must have been another car passing by he smelled with that keen nose of his. The cop got his jollies bossing a young man around, now he can go diddle himself in the cruiser.
