THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CAN GET YOU ANYTIME IT CHOOSES. If a person, group of people, or a government has power over you, that suggests they can control everything that you do, or force you to do everything that you are not willing to do.
That power occurs either by the force of law with equivalent punishments for not obeying the law, or by force of violence of any kind utilizing the gun or other weapons that can endanger or take your life, or take advantage of of your liberty.
In many posts over the last 10 years, it has been written about the increasing power of the American government, at all levels, but mainly at the federal level.
No matter what everybody believes, the proof factors straight at a pattern on the way to complete power. That is what governments do over time.
But the only way to challenge absolute power is by force and that force happens in the form of civilian or military power where that power can incarcerate you, or kill you …… for any cause!
The Founders went to fantastic measures to set up a government system that was centered on the rule of law, not leadership by force.
Overtime, as laws proliferated into millions of laws stacked on top of one another, observance of all those laws became tricky.
As more people violated the laws, many without knowledge of it, government’s reaction was to enhance enforcement.

“By just sheer numbers, the more laws that are written, the less likely the entire population will even know about the laws, or understand them, or know of their consequences or penalties for violation, much less be in compliance with them. The consequence of too many laws is that huge segments of the public are totally unaware of their existence. And yet, under the law, ignorance of the law is not a defense. Then, when the hapless individual comes face-to-face with the law, it results in anger and frustration for that individual and a spiraling degradation of freedom and liberty for all of us.”
“Many laws are written at the insistence of lobbying or special interest groups with very narrow and purposely hidden agendas. The public never has an opportunity for real input and society as a whole is not benefited. Partisan politics often compromises a new law into meaningless, often conflicting legislation, leaving loopholes over which lawyers can argue over for decades.”
“In the final analysis, extending legislating and law creation to its absurdity, one arrives at a point where there are so many laws that no one is in compliance and we end up losing our ability to enforce any of them. We become in fact, lawless by the very chaos that the policy makers have created.”
EXCEPT WHEN THE CORE GOVERNMENT KICKS IN FEDERAL TROOPS!
What this all comes down to is that the more laws there are and the more folks there are to be handled by those laws, the greater the need of enforcement by firearms.
It is crystal clear that government will by no means permit the people TO BECOME LAWLESS. After all, government’s function is to keep the peace and regain order no matter how many protections the people have to surrender.
As the federal government grew bigger and more powerful, it became the reasonable archive for the military power required to control all those millions of people to make certain they abide by all the millions of laws that the people understand absolutely nothing about.
They must maintain order and control at all costs. But it must be kept in mind that local authorities are taught to use nominal force, where the U. S. Military is taught to use optimum, disastrous force.
That is the indisputable difference and a direct threat to personal freedom.
The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 (Pub. L. 18 USC P 1385) was intended to keep the U. S. Military from enforcing local and federal law, or helping local law enforcement in that obligation.
Well before the Posse Comitatus Act was approved, Congress approved the Insurrection Act of 1807 (Pub. L. 10 USC 331 thru 335) which was a “set of laws that govern the ability of the President to deploy U. S. troops on American soil.
” Such deployment could only come at the demand of a governor of the state in which an occurrence was taking place demanding a more substantial military force.
This all transformed after Hurricane Katrina where the Louisiana governor did not demand federal troops to reestablish order. Congress went forward and changed the Insurrection Act as follows:
“Section 1076 of the law changed Sec. 333 of the ‘Insurrection Act,’ and widened the President’s ability to deploy troops within the United States to enforce the laws. Under this act, the President may also deploy troops as a police force during a natural disaster, epidemic, serious public health emergency, terrorist attack, or other condition, when the President determines that the authorities of the state are incapable of maintaining public order. The bill also modified Sec. 334 of the Insurrection Act, giving the President authority to order the dispersal of either insurgents or ‘those obstructing the enforcement of the laws.’ The law changed the name of the chapter from ‘Insurrection’ to ‘Enforcement of the Laws to Restore Public Order.’”
But people, it gets far rather more serious from there. The Department of Defense (DOD) has placed themselves directly into the utilization of U. S. Military force on American soil and enforcing local law and supporting local law enforcement.
Doing some research you will come across a 2004 DOD record (republished in 2009) that draws a pretty picture in depth that Posse Comitatus is useless and the Insurrection Act must be broadened. Here are excerpts from that record.
Legal Capacity to Utilize Federal Troops to Implement the Law
The Insurrection Act is the most important legal authority for the President to authorize the use of federal troops to enforce the law.
The Insurrection Act (there is really no single ‘Insurrection Act’ per se but this name has been applied collectively to the four statutes noted below) consists of four statutes enacted at different times for different reasons that, when considered as a whole, provide the power that Presidents have used many times as the legal basis for using troops to enforce the law. The four sections of the act are as follows:
• Title 10, Section 331 was enacted in 1792 in response to challenges to the taxing power of the federal government. It allows the President, at the request of a governor or state legislature, to put down an insurrection by calling into federal service sufficient militia to “suppress the insurrection.”
• Title 10, Section 332 was enacted in 1861 at the outset of the Civil War. It allows the President to use the armed forces to enforce the laws or suppress a rebellion whenever, in his opinion, unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages or rebellion against the authority of the United States make it impractical to enforce the laws using the course of judicial proceedings.
• Title 10, Section 333 was enacted in 1869 during the Reconstruction Era. It allows the President to use the armed forces or militia to respond to insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracies that prevent a state government from enforcing the laws.
• Title 10, Section 334 was enacted in 1861. It prescribes that the President shall issue a proclamation calling on insurgents to disperse before using the militia or armed forces to enforce the law.
The Insurrection Act is the most capturing power for the President to permit and order the use of the federal troops for local operations.
The President may not take action on warning or even at the start of an event, but must simply wait until the governor or a state legislature requests for federal support.
This appears to dissuade upfront arrangements and actions of troops-although Presidents have approved such measures.
This tiered strategy in which the federal government functions only after local and state governments have hit a brick wall, was practical when the cost of delayed reaction was appropriate, but it is unacceptable for the current circumstances.
This should frighten the Hell out of you!
The aged Insurrection Act and the changes thereto, have all but repealed Posse Comitatus. The President can do what he chooses, anytime he wishes with federal troops.
That is an amazing power.

Why do you think that the U. S. Military has been executing massive training operations all through the U. S., like operation Jade Helm 15 as shown in the above image?
It is not all training for warfare in other places on the planet.
It is in fact training to put down agitation by dissatisfied Americans and to preserve civil order when local law enforcement can not do the task, pursuant to the comprehensive description in the above referenced DOD record.
It is no chance that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has decide to put out details of possible domestic terrorists that can include Christian groups, militias, patriots and returning military vets. They fully understand what is in your mind and what you may be preparing and they are preparing in advance for that liability.
It is no mistake that the U. S. Military is executing huge, multi-state training operations, or building FEMA camps for significant internment.
The Progressives have been in exclusive control of America for more than 100 years. They plan to stay in control, even if they can not do it by votes.
They have taken over the schools, academia, government institutions, the news media and they will preserve their control by force of wepons if patriots (conservatives) even so much as tip at taking on their power.
It’s been coming for a long time. It is the final advancement of a liberal, socialist, ideologically powered dictatorship.
For those in the reading crowd who think that a party of armed militia can stand up in opposition to the full force and fury of the U. S. Military, they had better reconsider that thought.
If we are going to transform the path that America is now on, it will have to be by peaceful means.
The only way insurrection or uprising by Americans can succeed against the U. S. Military is the organization of millions of armed citizens with experienced leadership, command and control and substantial training, who will put all kinds of things on the line to test the ultimate militarization of America by federal forces.
And they had better expect that the federal soldiers don’t shoot to kill, because those federal forces are also are made up of Americans. If civilian Americans are pitted against federal troop Americans in a pissing contest, the U. S. Constitution will be annulled and martial law will be announced.
We can just about assure that what comes out of that pissing contest involving Americans and Americans will not be a Constitutional Republic.
I am just as troubled by Operation Jade Helm 15 as are countless other Americans. As a result, many of us have submitted a formal FOIA demand with the Department of Defense, requesting some very specific questions about this operation and challenging particular papers.

Please realize that this FOIA request could put a target on our back and put us at substantial danger for having the spirit to test them personally.
They are currently monitoring us and have been for quite a few years. We know just by paying attention to the statistics found on each and every website.
Why do we do this people? Because we passionately consider in protecting, safeguarding and guarding the Constitution of the United States and the personal liberty it secures.

I think that once the lead starts flying both ways most corporate employees will quit. Pay check not worth the risk of being a target. Would you stay in a job that made you a major target? Not me for sure. These people are in for a pay check because it is safe for now. When that changes so will everything else.

Did you ever wonder why none of these so called disgruntled US Generals and Admirals refuse to do one thing in their power and knowledge to stop this out of control military/government? They all MONTHLY VALUE BRIBE money more then honor and they refuse to get involved because the government would arrest them for all the dishonorable criminal orders/actions they ordered down to their troops while they wore their uniform. To the author. Sorry but the picture is from Hong Kong, NOT from any action associated with Jade Helm 15, or any other domestic or foreign US military exercise or action. Zoom in on the image and read the road signs, written in English and Chinese. Additionally, while there are many US military personnel of Asian decent, clearly the only face visible in the picture is of Asian heritage and NOT wearing a US military uniform.
As a third generation US military volunteer serviceman and an officer, it is my opinion that the trained obligation of all US military to ignore unlawful orders will prevail before there is armed conflict, against the general public, on American soil, with the declaration of Marshall Law.
Our current divided, on party lines, government is bogged down by corporate ownership. It is also acting like a group of drunk, loyal football fans, from the Bears and Buccaneers, (neither of which deserves to have fans). The result is they are capable of only having only pointless, non-productive meaningless arguments. Even so, they are charged with protecting our sovereignty from primarily foreign threats. Small disputes occurring as a result of local law enforcement abusing their power do NOT, in my opinion, translate into the national breakdown of basic services and security. I do not fear the imposition of Marshall Law by our current Commander in Chief or his successor.

How can “…by peaceful means…” and “…the organization of millions of armed citizens with experienced leadership, command and control and substantial training…” exist in the same article, making the same point. Peaceful means and creating a second military seem at their heart to be conflicting statements. Millions of armed citizens is what the US military is now. Trained, commanded and controlled, with experienced leadership is the definition of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, National Guard, and all of the reserve units.
You imply Peaceful means, but the willingness to use force is the only power this group of millions of armed citizens would bring to the conflict you present as being possible. If they are unwilling to use force, then they are no threat to stand down the militarization of America. They might as well not exist.
But like the media, you are entitled to use what you feel works, to sway readers to your way of thinking. It is my feeling that the average reader, intelligent and committed enough to act against the militarization of America by federal forces, will see that your article is filled with conflicting statements, and is an attempt to replace one military force with another. All be it one with far less funding. But then you could ask for support from the members of the group of millions of armed citizens. You know, taxes. Kind of like it is being funded now.
