Shock Video: Five Officers Brutally Punch, Kick, Strike Man More Then 50 Times

California – San Bernardino County Sheriff John McMahon has ordered an internal investigation Thursday after he saw a video of his sheriffs deputies brutally beating a suspect after a horse chase. The horse pursuit was caught on camera by a channel 4 News Chopper
Aerial footage showed the man falling off the horse and surrendering right away even before they tazed him, and then proceeded to brutally beat him to a pulp.

Video Shows California Deputies Beating Man Fleeing On Horse
HESPERIA, Calif. (AP) — A news video shows California sheriff’s deputies tracking down a man fleeing on horseback and then punching and kicking him dozens of times when he’s on the ground.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s office ordered an investigation into the beating Thursday.
“The video surrounding this arrest is disturbing,” San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner John McMahon said.
A sheriff’s statement said Francis Pusok, 30, fled from deputies early in the afternoon as they tried to serve a search warrant in an identity-theft investigation. He eventually abandoned a car in the Hesperia area and stole a horse, but was tracked down by deputies.
KNBC-TV (http://bit.ly/1H8UC3D ) helicopter footage shows the man dressed in bright red clothing falling from the horse as a deputy runs up and uses a stun gun on him. The sheriff’s department statement said the stun gun was ineffective.
The man falls face-down with his arms and legs outstretched and the video shows two deputies appearing to come up and kick him in the head and crotch. He puts his hands behind his back as they continue to pound him. Other deputies arrive moments later.
This isn’t newsworthy. He’s white.
What’s becoming more and more obscene about these arrests is that people are surrendering with their hands up or spread eagle on the ground and thug cops are still using excessive force when they then proceed to beat the crap out of people.
What I am seeing is no one is training ‘cops’ to cease, desist and to HOLD their feelings in check during an arrest. Just bcuz someone flees from them and then is caught and/or surrenders, does not mean this is a license for ‘thug cops’ to then beat the crap out of someone. This is ridiculous and here is a solution for the People that I highly advise be shared with others and used all across this nation.

Potential Solution to Police Brutality and Violations to Civil Rights
People need to learn how to fight ‘fire with fire’ bcuz there are things people can do. They just have to be more clever. For instance, if you have the tin-carrying armed thug’s full name who violated your rights, you can sue them for it in personal injury court.
Step 1: Get the thug’s full name.
Step 2: Don’t sue ‘Officer Thug’ … you sue, ‘Mr John Thug’ or ‘Ms Jane Thug’.
Step 3: File the appropriate court papers and have ‘Mr or Ms Thug’ served at their place of work.
By suing the ‘thug’ as a person instead of as ‘Officer Thug’ or the city/state/federal of, you’ve just removed ALL insulation from a deep pocket union or taxpayer-funded lawyers. And now, Mr or Ms Thug’s own personal assets are at stake (ie their money, their house, their car, everything they own). You see, all person’s wearing tin badges & toting guns aren’t nearly as insulated from their choices as they continually delude themselves into thinking.
This is fighting ‘fire with fire’.
Oh and do pass along this information to others because I think if more thug cops were sued mano-a-mano, they’d stop pulling this crud and cease taking advantage of and beating the crap out of people.
The police force is run like the military with ranking officers. These things are happening based on orders given from the top command. Following an incident like this almost always command will fully support the actions of their subordinates because they are following their orders. When a video pops up showing what really happened command will launch an investigation to gather all the facts or offer up some other diversionary tactic. Further if you follow most of the court cases against an officer they will be acquitted because the jurors are afraid for their own well being were they to rightfully convict the offending officer. In the courtroom from the judges to the lawyers and all the police force everyone involved except for the civilians are in cohoots. The entire legal system, police force and prison system is corrupted by money. What’s behind the beatings and killings of American citizens is yet to be revealed but whatever it is its not going to be good or end well.
