In a shocking statement made at an Hustings event tonight, Conservative Candidate for Cambridge, Chamali Fernando, suggested those with certain mental health conditions should wear wristbands to identify their conditions.
The statement was confirmed by Julian Huppert, current MP for Cambridge, although he charitably told Twitter: “I think it was also a spur of the moment thing rather than a prepared policy.” …. http://cambridge.tab.co.uk
