George Zimmerman was shot in the face Monday afternoon during an altercation with a driver in Lake Mary, Florida, according to multiple news reports.
Authorities told local media that Zimmerman – who was acquitted in 2013 of killing 17-year-old Teyvon Maritin the year before – sustained what appeared to be minor injuries.
