It’s Your Backyard Ventura County Michael Mahoney was shot and killed by Oxnard Police on August 14th 2012. Officers had been called to 340 South H Street on a report that Mahoney was holding a semi-automatic handgun to his head. Police contacted him and ordered Maloney to drop the gun.
