[Madison, Wisc...] The State Assembly passed a bill on Friday morning that would make Wisconsin the 25th right-to-work state in the country. The body began debate on Thursday morning, but a final vote was not until 9am the following day. Gov. Scott Walker has said he will sign the bill on Monday. Once signed by the governor, right-to-work will go into effect immediately.
