Dear Ones, true healing is moving back into your balance and wholeness. If you are still holding onto your old wounds, whether by reliving them or being hyper alert about avoiding them, you are not yet beyond that old energy.

When you are healed, you are confident in your wellness and expect nothing less than that state for yourself. You stay present in each Now moment, rather than swinging wildly from past events to fears of the future. You have simply come beyond that old energy and back into your authentic power and beingness. You are aware of where you have come from, but you do not emotionally attach to it or self define by it any longer.

Whatever the cause, fear of the unwanted is always giving your power away. It is time, Dear Ones. It is time to reclaim your power, to move beyond your old stories, to embrace each Now moment, and to focus on your innate wellness and infinite ability to create what is wanted in your lives. ~Archangel Gabriel
