It’s Your Backyard Ventura County Cody Silvestri of Ojai was sentenced to serve 180 days in the Ventura County jail. On May 1, 2015, Silvestri pleaded guilty to one count of Penal Code section 550(b)(3), felony workers’ compensation insurance fraud.
