Viral Video: Austin Police Snatch Phone from Man, Pepper Spray Him In Face

Austin TX- William Tucker Bonner was in downtown Austin TX on Sat night where he recorded a man who had his cell phone grabbed and thrown in the dirt just before he was pepper sprayed by tyrannical cops.
The video shows Austin Police surround a man on the ground, while officers on horseback are providing crowd control. Another officer not on horseback decides to point his pepper spray at the crowd.
“All we saw was someone get tackled by a single police officer (he looked a bit young to be drinking) and then this. Make your own judgement. Sorry for the language.” Tucker put in the description for the video.
