WV: Serial Killer Stopped in Desperate Self Defense Case
It appears the Neal Falls was a serial killer. The license plates on his Subaru are from Oregon. The best summation of this case so far is on the pibillwarner site:
Neal Falls DOB 9/24/1969 out of Oregon appears to be a serial killer, he was killed in West Virginia by a prostitute, he had kidnap-rape-murder tools in his vehicle, Neal Falls has worked as a armed security guard nationwide. Inside Neal Falls’ vehicle, police said they discovered a machete, shovel, axes, knives, bulletproof vest and numerous sets of handcuffs. Police also found a large bottle of bleach and a list containing the names of escorts.
“I knew he was there to kill me,” the visibly shaken woman told KPTV after being released from the hospital, where she was treated for broken vertebrae and lacerations. “I could tell that he had already done something because he said that he was going to prison for a long time. And that's when I knew he was gonna kill me.”When Falls began to strangle her, she said, she reached for a nearby rake. Falls put down his gun to try and wrestle the rake out of her hands—that's when she grabbed the gun and shot him. Falls died from the gunshot wound, and she ran outside to get help.
When police arrived, they found an extensive “kill kit” in the trunk of Falls's Subaru. In the trunk were knives, a shovel, a machete, several axes, a sledgehammer, a pair of hiking boots covered in dirt, trash bags, and cleaning supplies.
The escort shot Falls with a Ruger LCP, a small .380 semi-automatic that he had set down as they struggled. She shot him over her shoulder. It seems likely that he was on top of her while she was face down. It is a small pistol, but it did the job.
For those who believe that prostitutes are not worthy of protection, remember that Jesus is descended from a prostitute. All are fallen, all are forgiven. This escort likely saved many lives in addition to her own.
