In the 1070s, nearly 2,000 United States military dogs were used worldwide, but thanks to cutbacks, that number now lingers at less than one-third what it once was. And while dogs can be an invaluable part of the military, one obvious attribute is the companionship and unwavering support they provide for our troops.
