Semper fi! Hurah! U. S. Marines Stop Terrorist Attack While On A Train Ride!
22 Aug 15
Reports coming in are different. Some say Three U.S. Marines became suspicious of a passenger and caught him in the act of loading a magazine in his AK-47. One Marine was injured along with two other passengers. No one was critical. Semper fi. Hurah!
On Friday, two US service members were among a group of people who helped stop a potential terror attack on a high-speed Paris-bound train.
US Airman First Class Spencer Stone and Oregon National Guard member Alek Skarlatos were riding on the train when a 26-year-old Moroccan national boarded a Thalys train departing from Amsterdam with an AK-47, an automatic pistol, nine magazines of ammunition, and a box cutter, reports Le Monde.
“I saw a guy entering the train with an AK-47 and a handgun and I just looked over to Spencer and said, ‘Let’s go, go!’” Skarlatos said in an interview. Read More
A gunman who opened fire on a train in northern France Friday was restrained by two U.S. Marines before he could do any further damage, according to initial reports of the incident.
At least two victims have serious injuries, and another suffered multiple gunshot wounds, a spokesman for the SNCF (National Society of French Railways) said Friday.
Reports stated that the man was carrying multiple weapons, including an AK47 automatic rifle, and was of North African origin. A police official told French television channel i-Tele that the suspect is a 26-year-old Moroccan national named Sliman Hamzi, the Telegraphreports.
The two seriously injured victims are American and British nationals, initial reports stated. One was injured due to a gunshot wound, and the other sustained a stabbing injury.
A French actor, Jean-Hughes Anglade, who was also injured in the attack, is being credited with sounding an alarm on the train.
“The situation is under control, the travelers are safe. The train stopped and the emergency services are on site,” the high-speed train operator, Thalys, said on its Twitter page.
French Interior ministry spokesman Pierre Henry Brandet said in an initial comment on the attack: “Talking about a terrorist motive would be premature at the moment.” However, the BBC reports that counter terror police are on scene and have taken over the investigation.
French President Francois Hollande took to Twitter to express “solidarity” with the victims of the attack. SOURCE
Amend your story; it was The U.S. Army. Hooah.
Actually this is smelling more like distraction from the media. Yesterday the first report was two marines stopped him and one was shot when he pulled a pistol out and shot. Today the media completely changed the story and said it was one US air force airman and one national guard soldier along with a civilian who stopped him and one was stabbed with a box cutter. Learn how to read through the wholes the media puts out and you will be able to see the lies they use to distract away from what’s really going on.
An Airman, a National Guardsman and a civilian, all friends since childhood. Apparently they didn’t need the Marines.
