Do not dismiss the message because of the sender. She has 11 million followers who have retweeted over 4000 times. Twitter verified.
She has posted a picture of what she has seen.
Wikipedia: Kylie Jenner is an American reality tv personality, socialite and model and appears on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
She has been relentlessly attacked and discredited for everything from spelling and grammer to even posing the question.
We have Freedom of Speech and she is Excercising her Rights.
However it is very obvious that the” People in Charge” did not want this issue being raised in the Social Domain, especially by someone popular and Chemtrail Theorist concerns resurfacing as a serious topic of conversation.
Just imagine how many people are now thinking about this issue. Most importantly new, young people. The very group that was not to be exposed to these thoughts.
I guess they hope to quash this by playing on public perception that reality tv stars are self centered, only concerned about publicity and are unintelligent.
This is certainly not the case since it is quite apparent that many are very astute business people who have a significant following, understand how to get their message via social media out to the public and know how to generate controversy.
Regardless of who she is, what she represents or her age, those issues are not relevant. She has a concern and she shared it!

Exactly who is “WE”?
Just from analyzing the content there is a co ordinated effort to discredit the theory, the sender of the message, and the recipients. Also it is quite interesting that the individuals involved in the battle over the message are not teenage girls or boys, who apparently do not have any ability to think for themselves.
What happens when you poke a stick into an ant hill? Seems like the ants are in quite a frenzy doing damage control.
