There will be no charges filed against the man who shot and killed a 38-year-old in Orange Mound on Wednesday.
The alleged shooter told investigators he was being robbed when he shot the man, according to a MPD spokesperson. That man was detained and questioned, but ultimately police decided not to file charges.
