Cleanse Your Body of Toxins With this Healthy Breakfast
This is one of the healthiest and most delicious breakfasts, because it contains vitamins and minerals that amend appearance of skin, hair, normalize the metabolism and strengthens the body. The daily breakfast will help eliminate impurities from the body and cleanse the bowel.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 10 oz / 300 ml of kefir (or low-fat yogurt)
- a few prunes
- little cocoa

Breakfast is prepared in the evening for the next day.
Spill over with a small amount of boiling water (100 ml) of dried plums. Cover and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Mix well and leave in the fridge.
