Woman fatally shoots knife-wielding boyfriend after he attacks her kids (VIDEO)
A domestic dispute in Francis, Oklahoma, Friday morning turned deadly after a woman shot her live-in boyfriend when he attacked her children and threatened her with a knife.
Police were called to the scene about 7:30 a.m. and found the man deceased in the front yard. Danielle McWethy told authorities an argument erupted between her and Oscar James Foreman about McWethy possibly being pregnant.
According to McWethy, Foreman threatened to cut the baby out of the woman’s womb and as he walked to the kitchen kicked McWethy’s 9-year-old in the head and pushed her 11-year-old against a wall. McWethy then reacted by shooting him in the torso.
At that point, Foreman exited the home, but had already retrieved a knife from the kitchen, and when he tried to force his way back into the home, McWethy shot him a second time.
Foreman died from his injuries, but no charges have been filed against McWethy at this time. The incident remains under investigation.
