10 Creepiest Science Experiments Ever Conducted By Mankind

In the last 200 years, scientists in the name of pioneering study, have conducted some of the most bizarre and cruel experiments in human history. The following video put out by National Geographic times includes 10 of said experiments. The video includes everything from an experiment in the 1950’s where Dr. Milton Rokeach took three men who all claimed to be the second coming of Jesus Christ and locked them up together in Michigan’s Ypsilanti State Hospital all the way to government scientists attempting to reanimate the dead, sometime succeeding.

In the case of the three men who claimed to be Jesus Christ, once the three men were locked up together in a confined space, predictably they began to argue about who was the REAL Jesus. Dr. Rokeach regularly conducted experiments that would manipulate the lives of the three men, causing many in the scientific community to question his methods. You’ll have to watch the video to find out how that ended. In the 1920’s a Russian scientist claimed that he had invented technology to keep a severed head alive for up to several hours. In an experiment on a dog’s head, the scientist was in fact able to keep the head alive for quite some time. When light was shined light into the eyes of the dog, the eyes blinked, when he slammed something down, the dog flinched, and when he fed the dog, the food fell out of it’s severed throat… and that is hardly where bizarre experiments with the dead ended.

My question to you, is in today’s day and age when governments seem to lack any shred of a moral compass, do you think these experiments have ceased all together, or do you believe they are buried deep within black ops, are far more nefarious, but have yet to see the light of day?
