NY: Homeowner and Intruders fire shots, no one hit

CHEEKTOWAGA, NY – Cheektowaga Police are investigating an attempted burglary that ended in an exchange of gunfire. It happened on Florette Drive West in the Town shortly after 3 a.m.

Police say the 64-year-old homeowner claimed he heard noises in his yard, went outside, and confronted four young, white males.
