VALE — Malheur County Sheriff Brian Wolfe said it is unknown whether homeowners will face charges for the killing of an intruder during a home invasion.
Malheur County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man killed in a shooting at a Vale residence Sunday as 49-year-old Christopher Arnold Rubey of Boise.
