There is perhaps no other state in the union like Texas whereby the major city district attorneys and county courts have undertaken baseless political prosecutions at the direction of their overly zealous leadership. Cities like Austin and Houston, where ultra-liberal elements have literally hijacked the criminal justice system, continue to launch unsupported cases of harassment against innocent parties only to let off the real criminals.
This well-established pattern of outright deception and prosecutorial abuse in Austin and Houston, in particular, has reached a crescendo of institutional criminality that must be addressed by the Texas State government. Planned Parenthood cleared by Texas jury over videos, activists indicted

AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters) – A Texas grand jury has indicted two anti-abortion activists in a case involving covert videos on fetal tissue procurement talks with Planned Parenthood and found there was no wrongdoing on the part of the health group, a district attorney said on Monday.

The grand jury decision was a result of a probe launched last year under Texas Governor Greg Abbott, a Republican, who accused Planned Parenthood of the “gruesome harvesting of baby body parts.” No evidence was provided by Texas to back the claim.
The videos released last summer led Texas and several other Republican-controlled states to try to halt funding for local Planned Parenthood operations.
“After a lengthy and thorough investigation by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, the Texas Rangers, and the Houston Police Department, a Harris County grand jury took no action Monday against Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast,” the Harris County District Attorney’s office said in a statement.
Planned Parenthood has denied the accusation and called the probe politically motivated.
David Daleiden discusses the campaign on ‘Hannity’
David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt have been indicted by the grand jury for tampering with a governmental record, said prosecutors for the county in which Houston is located.
The two were involved in covert videos last year in which a discussion was held with a Planned Parenthood official on the procurement of fetal tissue.
Daleiden, founder of the Center for Medical Progress that released the videos, was also charged with violating a prohibition on the purchase and sale of human organs, a misdemeanor, the Harris County District Attorney said.
The videos purported to show Planned Parenthood officials trying to negotiate prices for aborted fetal tissue. Under federal law, donated human fetal tissue may be used for research, but profiting from its sale is prohibited.
Shortly after the release, Texas, the most populous Republican-controlled U.S. state, said it would launch a probe of Planned Parenthood.
“These people broke the law to spread malicious lies about Planned Parenthood in order to advance their extreme anti-abortion political agenda,” said Eric Ferrero, vice president of Communications for Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
“As the dust settles and the truth comes out, it’s become totally clear that the only people who engaged in wrongdoing are the criminals behind this fraud, and we’re glad they’re being held accountable,” he said.
The Texas governor said: “Nothing about today’s announcement in Harris County impacts the state’s ongoing investigation.”
In October, Texas raided several Planned Parenthood facilities in the state.

Well if I were in their shoes, Daleiden and Merrit, I would be sending some affidavits around to the prostituting attorneys and so-called judges, demanding to know if they are willing to go on record that they would never commit nor allow any fraud to be perpetrated against me at any time in any way, shape or form. Who but a dishonest man or woman would ever refuse to go on record as to such?
The ENTIRE legal system is a scam and so full of holes, it makes a slice of Swiss cheese look like a sheet of armor plate two inches thick!! The legal system is a gamble, for no one has any kind of a guarantee as to an outcome regardless if they are actually guilty or innocent, and therefore no one has any kind of an obligation to potentially be made a victim of it!
It sounds like pro-life zealots set up a kind of sting operation on planned parenthood by masquerading as foetal tissue buyers.
They recorded this entrapment and tried to sell the story to advance their cause.
Prosecutors have every right to indite such reckless and criminal behaviour which was done with malicious intent to undermine a legal and constitutional right for women to exercise their freedom of choice.
Pro-lifers, egged on by a Catholic hierarchy, who actively promote a gender hating bias by subverting scientific facts and Biblical teaching, should know that their intolerance toward the right to abortion or any other Constitutionally-protected activity will be challenged and shown to be utterly false.

What mechanism should’ve been used to thwart an agency that itself hides its purpose and motives? What means would be correct? You admit that the persons who set up the sting operation were after information concerning the ILLEGAL sale of fetal tissues/body parts, right? Why then have you an issue when the sellers were more than willing to do so? That they indeed were known to conduct the business of Planned Parenthood for just such a purpose.
You cite the Constitutional right to abortion. Where? Where in the Constitution is such a right? Any attempt to legislate or make legal a crime is in itself a crime. Your liberal bias is showing. An anything goes mentality as long as it is in some interest of your agenda. To you – there is no right or wrong, moral or immoral, ethical or unethical – it is all fine if it advances your concepts of what should be the law. And your standing upon any such law is in itself a fraud. For to say one thing is an illegality when striving to stop another illegality is just irrational and illogical.
Citing Catholicism as the source of Pro-Life is actually a compliment to the millions of Catholics who feel that life is the purpose of all mankind. For it is not Pro-Choice you support, it is Pro-Death. Let’s get that straight. It is not a choice to murder an unborn human being. It is killing. Plain and simple it is to cause death. An abortion terminates a human life. Not a potential life; no, one that exists in the womb already. And that sir, is a uncontestable fact. Your life once was in that particular condition. What makes your life now or then any more or less valuable than any other? To promote one or the other is the debate. To allow life to become one more human to enjoy the gift of existence or to take it away. It’s really that simple. Perhaps if your own had been terminated due to your mother’s choice, you might find some reason to feel differently. For even you Mr. Glover lived for a time before that procedure would’ve taken place. Even your parts might’ve been offered for sale.
You make statements in conclusion once more citing the U.S. Constitution – again I ask – show me where it states any human being has the right to take the life of another by simple choice. For if it does, it would be fitting that we add an addendum to take the stance that Pro-Choice can take place at any time within the living span of a fellow citizen’s lifespan.
I’d dare say if you believe that choice is correct; then, you’re not too old to have such a choice decreed upon you and your ilk. After all, stopping your intolerance of the worth of life itself by terminating you and those who agree with you would thereby prevent countless other lives from being taken. Imagine that in its entirety! To date, some figure greater than 50 million in this country alone since Roe vs. Wade have been butchered by your so-called legal means/laws. If we only could just terminate those persons who honestly think life, to allow it to be, is something chosen to be so or not by some law, the number of living humans so saved would be a wonder – why not start with you? If you somehow gain the agreement of but a couple of people, and they in turn a couple more – the total becomes large all too quickly. Let’s pass a law that decrees your type of existence to simply be a a choice. Let’s abort you.
Yes, what a good idea – do us a favor – abort yourself. Let us harvest your working and healthy organs as well. At least then, your life would have a true meaning, wouldn’t it?
