A Shreveport man is facing numerous charges after authorities discovered an elaborate marijuana growing operation Tuesday while executing a search warrant.
The Caddo-Shreveport Narcotics Unit found 81 pot plants, with a street value of about $81,000, about $1,000 worth of packaged pot, and equipment believed to be used for the cultivation of the plants. Additionally, authorities discovered about a gram of crystal meth and several firearms.
Jacob Tipton, 37, was arrested and charged with one count of manufacturing schedule I, possession of schedule I with intent to distribute and possession of schedule II. He is being held on a $20,000 bond and authorities say other arrests are likely.

I’ll bet they planted the meth. Otherwise, the guns and pot would, for the most part be legal. You know, 6 plants per person! Don’t even question the legality of guns! Times have changed, get with the program!!!!
