More on New Slow-Kill Directed Energy Weapons Appearing On Fake Cell Towers
In a deeply disturbing article posted yesterday, the question was asked, Why Are Weaponized Cell Phone Towers Being Constructed All Across the Country? As the article details, the “cell phone towers” in question are actually something else entirely, only designed to look like cell phone towers, and we know that because the towers do not use the correct hardware required to transmit data like a typical cell phone tower does.
With the subject matter this post delves into, no doubt the most ignorant among us will make jokes about conspiracies and tin foil hats, but my response is always, “I’m only responsible for what I say, not for what you understand.” In an article quoted below by Catherine J Frompovich for DC Clothesline, when referring to those who are so quick to shout “Conspiracy Theorist,” Frompovich says, “That pejorative “handle” is equated with imbecile mind-activity with aspersions often suggested as “tin hat wearers.” Then she says, “Well, step aside all you doubters and listen up carefully to what took place in the halls of Congress on May 14, 2014 regarding the weather modification system known as HAARP,” but we’ll get to that in a moment.
Without rehashing the entire Weaponization of Cell Phone Towers article, before we can effectively look into what directed energy weapons are, or how long the government has been using them on U.S. citizens, it will be beneficial to review some of the science first. This post will cover the following:
1. Generally speaking, what is the Ionosphere that directed energy weapons take advantage of?
2. U.S. government programs (the unclassified ones) in use today that manipulate the Ionosphere
3. The U.S, government’s awful history of using citizens as test subjects without their knowledge
4. Why all this spells trouble with these new towers
#1 – WHAT IS THE IONOSPHERE?
The following is from the post titled, Why Are Weaponized Cell Phone Towers Being Constructed All Across the Country:
Earth is wrapped in a donut shaped magnetic field. Circular lines of flux continuously descend into the North Pole and emerge from the South Pole.
The ionosphere, an electromagnetic-wave conductor, 100 kms above the earth, consists of a layer of electrically charged particles acting as a shield from solar winds. Natural waves are related to the electrical activity in the atmosphere and are thought to be caused by multiple lightning storms.
Collectively, these waves are called “The Schumann Resonance,” the current strongest at 7.8 Hz.
These are quasi-standing extremely low frequency (ELF) waves that naturally exist in the earth’s “electromagnetic” cavity, the space between the ground and the ionosphere. These “earth brainwaves” are identical to the spectrum of our brainwaves.
(1 hertz = 1 cycle per second, 1 Khz = 1000, 1 Mhz =1 million. A 1 Hertz wave is 186,000 miles long; 10 Hz is 18,600 miles. Radio waves move at the speed of light.)
The Creator designed living beings to resonate to this natural frequency pulsation in order to evolve harmoniously.
The ionosphere is being manipulated by US government scientists using an Alaskan transmitter called HAARP, (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) which sends focused radiated power to heat up sections of the ionosphere, which bounces power down again. ELF waves from HAARP, when targeted on certain areas, can engineer weather and create mood changes effecting millions of people.

In the report “Air Force Admits Weather Control via HAARP and New Tech,” David Walker, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Science, Technology and Engineering, very-matter-of-factly states that they took over from the Navy and will be moving on…

Furthermore, the U.S. Air Force intends to dismantle the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) in Gakona, Alaska, by or during the summer of 2014! [1]
Built at a cost of more than $290 million, the site has 180 antennas on 30 acres that are used to direct energy into the ionosphere, which is 55 miles to 370 miles above the Earth, and monitor changes in the flow of charged particles. Stevens was the godfather of HAARP, which he helped start two decades ago with annual earmarks slipped into the defense budget. [1]
It seems that no research facility can be found to take over the HAARP Alaska facility. Could that be an indication that the weather modification system is regarded unfavorably? I find that as a possibility and extremely interesting, especially in view of all the technology that was invested and built into it. If no one wants to continue operating HAARP, will the State of Alaska be interested in it for education research purposes? But then, maybe HAARP-at-sea-ships, i.e., the Tesla Weapon Platform SBX-1, probably will be the most effective ‘on-site’ HAARP facility rather than one remotely stationary on land.

However, there are numerous HAARP facilities in other countries around the globe that the Tesla Weapon Platform SBX-1 possibly could interact with. But then, we have to wonder what Assistant Secretary Walker was referring to when he stated that they got out of HAARP Alaska what they wanted and were moving on…moving on to what?

#3 – U.S. GOVERNMENT’S HISTORY OF MIND CONTROL EXPERIMENTS ON U.S. CITIZENS WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE

MK Ultra is just the tip of the iceberg, but that should not come as a shock after you’ve learned the U.S. government sold its soul over 70 years ago when it placed Nazi war criminals in positions of power in all of our government’s most secretive agencies, so that the U.S. could gain a technological advantage over the Soviets during the Cold War.
The following details on MK Ultra are from an excellent paper titled, Monarch: The New Phoenix Program II. They will be helpful in understanding the next evolution of the program, and what the massive number of Fake Cell Phone Towers going up across the country are capable of:
MKULTRA mind control experiments began at the end of WWII and then became public in the 1970’s, however imperfectly, and went ‘black” again because of Senate hearings, but these experiments have continued to this day. The only reason that MKULTRA was ever brought into the light of day was that a dissident group stole government documents and released them to the press, which initially refused to publish them.
The MKULTRA archive was destroyed because of the seriousness of the crimes perpetrated by the intelligence communities. If it became public knowledge that the intelligence agencies had allowed Nazi war criminals to experiment upon American citizens, including children, and then replicated these techniques themselves, the damage to their reputation could never be undone. The only aspects of CIA criminal activity in general, or MKULTRA in particular, that the intelligence community ever admitted to were the ones that were already public, or details that had very little to do with the current capabilities of mind control weapons and techniques.
Microwave weapons and remote influence of the human central nervous system are the crown jewels of the intelligence community. It should be noted that documents dating from WWI such as the formula for invisible ink are still classified and that no serious secrets have ever been, or ever will be, willingly divulged. What did become public was only the tip of the iceberg. Mind control techniques and related technology work. Human beings can be made vulnerable to manipulation and can be used unknowingly in intelligence operations. The technology that evolved is very powerful, in fact it is the ultimate weapon, and the penalty for revealing these secrets is false imprisonment and assassination.
For any new weapons system it has always, ALWAYS, been necessary to test it on human subjects to refine and perfect the weapon, whether chemical, biological, nuclear, or in this case microwave and radio frequency radiation weapons. Human beings have been used to perfect nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons by both the United States and it’s enemies. These experiments have historically been carried out both in times of war and in peace time. The only proof of human beings ever being used as experimental subjects to develop microwave “nonlethal” weapons was captured from the Japanese at the end of WWII.

#4 – WHY THIS ALL SPELLS TROUBLE WITH THE NEW CELL PHONE TOWERS
An article from the Examiner several years ago reported:
Today, an investigative reporter has stated that a covert U.S. government microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon system, deployed on cell tower masts nationwide, is being used to silently torture, impair, subjugate, injure and slow-kill Americans.

Why should we care what an older article says? I chose to use an older article to demonstrate that the technology was already in existence, known about, and well documented several years ago for what these Fake Cell Towers are capable of. Since this article there have been two major changes worth noting:
1. Technology has increased by leaps and bounds
2. The government has discontinued its use of HAARP, suggesting it’s replacement has been fully functional for quite some time!
