Jason Christoff is a certified CHEK Exercise Coach and Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach (Level II). Jason started his first fitness facility after graduating from McGill University with a degree in Labour Relations. He went on from there to help many friends open their own fitness facilities. Along the way he opened a couple more of his own as well. In the past couple of years he has focused solely on designing nutrition and weight loss programs that focus on full cleansing of the body and disease reversal.
