The White House _ Office of United States Special Counsel has determined once again that U.S. President Ronald Wilson Reagan’s Mandated Secret Agent Lee Emil Wanta, Executive Branch Activities duly authorized under The Totten Doctrine ( 92 U.S. 105, 107 ) to Destabilize the Evil Empire – U.S.S.R. is not applicable.
Accordingly, because this office does not have jurisdiction to investigate the matter you describe, we are closing this file.
