The United Nations uses the flat earth map on their flag. It was adopted in 1946 and has been used ever since. Here is their official statement regarding this map according to Wikipedia. .
A map of the world representing an azimuthal equidistant projection centred on the North Pole, inscribed in a wreath consisting of crossed conventionalized branches of the olive tree, The projection of the map extends to 60 degrees south latitude, and includes five concentric circles.

The olive branches are a symbol for peace, and the world map represents all the people and the countries of the world.
The only thing missing from their map is Antarctica which is replaced by the olive wreath. Not only does the United Nations use this map on their flag but other organizations use this map as their logo as well. Including the World Health Organization, the International Maritime Organization, the International Civil Aviation Organization, and the World Meteorological Organization. The map is also listed with the USGS (United States Geological Survey) as an official map.
