Dear Mrs Edwards
Further to the images I recently submitted to the Commission of Hand in Hand for Syria hospital employee Iessa Obied (brother of the hospital’s “Medical Director” Abdulrahman Obied) posing with an array of weapons and munitions, I also wish to draw the Commission’s attention to Iessa Obied’s association with a former employee of another Syrian hospital, presently funded by the UK registered charity Syria Relief, Amer Alfaj.
Mr Alfaj’s Facebook account includes an image in which he is pictured participating in the launch of a “Hell cannon” improvised mortar (2nd image below). The climactic image in the sequence of the “Hell cannon” firing was “liked” on Facebook by Mr Obied. Mr Alfaj’s Facebook account includes further repugnant images celebrating “Hell cannon” mortars (3rd and 4th images below).

I thank you for your attention.
Yours sincerely
Robert Stuart
