This one seems to me mostly about our Galactic friends and the realms (former dimensions/densities) merging.  ”Butters” puzzles me I admit… best I can come right off hand on that one is butter comes from “churning” which is another word for “turnover” of personnel…. this one probably has multiple meanings…  Sometimes these posts remind me of “Cockney rhyming slang” and the old lateral thinking games shows on BBC radio… -AK
