The other day I was drinking my bentonite clay water, and had an a-ha moment.
I was thinking about the oxygen rich water of streams and rivers… natural water sources, then it clicked… to ingest the clay water and hydrogen peroxide together.
You know what you know something, you just know?
Well I just knew, I add a dozen drops of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide, to 1 litre of my clay water, and my body wouldn’t be upset from that large amount of oxygen suddenly in my body.
I immediately drank half-a-litre…. and felt…. well, incredible actually.
