The “Forgotten American Challenge,” as it was called by the caller on Andrew Wilkow’s radio show, is something each of us can do in our own way, and on our own time, not just during times of national struggle.

Perhaps you already heard, there was another police shooting today, making the official tally 5 Police Officers shot since Sunday, with one still fighting for his life. Reports confirm that “three of the incidents appeared to be targeted attacks and involved law enforcement officers sitting unsuspectingly in their patrol cars, either waiting in traffic or after pulling vehicles over for traffic stops.”

Before the election, Black Lives Matter promised that if Donald Trump won, the Soros-funded group would bring riots to every major city in America, and cause the largest civil uprising in this country’s 240 year history, but it’s not like most people know that, thanks to our woefully inept and dishonest media. Apparently you have to go to a “fake news” site to get any useful information these days. What is it that Black Lives Matter protestors are always chanting? I believe it goes like this:

“What do we want? DEAD COPS! When do we want it? NOW!”

While I was running errands today, I was listening to the Willow Majority, which airs at the same time as Rush Limbaugh, but on Sirius XM’s Patriot Channel, and once the guest host, Stacy Washington, began taking callers, someone named Mike called in and issued an amazing challenge to all the listeners. The way the caller explained it, the challenge was a practice he and his friends got into during the first Gulf War, because they lived near a Marine base, and often bumped into a lot of soldiers off base around town.

Right now, this country’s moral fabric has been in a rapid decline for what seems like forever, but the caller’s purpose of the call was not to cast blame, or point fingers for the decline, but rather to offer a little gesture to our nation’s finest. The challenge Mike laid out to the listeners was when We the People are out and about in our communities, and we see one of our nation’s fine men and women in uniform, whether they’re in the military, or they’re a member of any one of the various civilian first responder units, for us to do something, which I explain below.

The term “Forgotten Man” is one with several meanings, but most often it is used to refer to the people at the bottom of the socioeconomic ladder who had a reasonable expectation that their government was going to help them, but were instead neglected, or forgotten altogether. Under President Obama, members of the military and civilian first responders, especially police officers, have had every reason to feel like “Forgotten Men and Women.” Compare how many times they were invited to the White House to meet with President Obama, with how many times a group that chants the following was invited:

“What do we want? DEAD COPS! When do we want it? NOW!”

The “Forgotten American Challenge,” as it was called by the caller on Andrew Wilkow’s radio show, is something each of us can do in our own way, and on our own time, not just during times of national struggle. Let’s try not to forget that. At the same time, let’s also not forget that on Inauguration Day, groups like #NotMyPresident Voters Are Planning a March On Washington D.C. In Protest Of Donald Trump, and so are various Soros funded groups like Black Lives Matter. Given what is known about the far-left’s history, what are the chances the march is peaceful? Furthermore, why is Obama doing nothing to quell the tensions?

IF YOU AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE “FORGOTTEN AMERICAN CHALLENGE,” OR YOU RECOGNIZE THAT THE NATION IS NOT OUT OF THE WOODS WITH THESE PROTESTS, AND PEOPLE SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR ANYTHING, PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH A FRIEND AND ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO LET OTHERS KNOW!

Christian News Reports:

This week has been marked by a string of violence and police shootings around our nation. Five officers have been shot since Sunday, leaving one dead, three injured, and another still fighting for his life.

Reports confirm that “three of the incidents appeared to be targeted attacks and involved law enforcement officers sitting unsuspectingly in their patrol cars, either waiting in traffic or after pulling vehicles over for traffic stops.”

A San Antonio Police Detective Benjamin Marconi was fatally shot while sitting outside police headquarters, and a St. Louis officer, while in his patrol car, was shot twice in the face but survived.

Both of these incidents appear to be ambush shootings and both officers were 20-year veterans of the police force.

“Police officers were also shot and injured during traffic stops in Sanibel, Florida, and Gladstone, Missouri, on Sunday night, but authorities have not suggested those were targeted attacks.”

The latest incident which happened yesterday in Detroit, involved a Michigan college police officer who was shot in the head while on patrol near campus. Officer Colin Rose is a 29-year-old, five-year veteran of the department who works in the canine unit.

According to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund, a third of police officers who were fatally shot while on the job this year were purposely targeted by the attacker.

“Officers are at tremendous and growing risk; they’re being targeted because of the uniform they wear and the job they do,” said Craig W. Floyd, president of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.

Floyd went on to say that Detective Marconi from San Antonio was the 60th officer who had been shot to death this year, compared to a total number of 41 from 2015. He was also the 20th to die in an ambush-style attack, compared to a total of eight from last year.

“Over the last several days, the nation has witnessed a disturbing spate of violence against law enforcement officer across the country,” Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch said in a statement on Monday. “These reprehensible acts cannot be tolerated and they again remind us of the significant hazards that public safety officers confront each and every day on our behalf.”

Please join us in praying for these officers, their families, and for all who put their lives at risk daily in order to protect our nation.

Having worked in the World Trade Center, along with other family and friends, Michael was baptized by fire into the world of politics on September 11, 2001. Michael’s political journey began with tuning in religiously to whatever the talking heads on television had to say, then Michael became a “Tea-Bagging” activist as his liberal friends on the Left would say, volunteering within the Jacksonville local Tea Party, and most recently Michael was sworn in as an attorney. Today, Michael is a major contributor to www.BeforeItsNews.com, he owns and operates www.thelastgreatstand.com, where Michael provides what is often very ‘colorful’ political commentary, ripe with sarcasm, no doubt the result of Michael’s frustration as he feels we are witnessing the end of the American Empire. The topics Michael most often weighs in on are: Martial Law, FEMA Camps, Jade Helm, Economic Issues, Government Corruption, and Government Conspiracy.
