Raw Video of The Arrest of Joshua Martinez, by Las Vegas Metro Police Department. at the Federal Courthouse on Feb. 7, 2017. Please refer to the live video Josh posted earlier and this is what happened after he politely left the court house and was sitting on a bench outside. Note also that DHS and Marshall have confirmed that he was not trespassing and was polite and civil with them. (“Earlier video” can be seen in the first video after the arrest video.)

Joshs bail $640. Obstruction and providing False ID. Booking #2601698. Took hrs to get bail info.Still in custody
****UPDATE from Skippers page: Just spoke to escape bail bonds rep and she stated the just reviewed Josh’s paperwork and that the judge signed off that there was probable cause to charge Josh and raised his bail. With obstructing/false info to a public officer. They are trying to set him up for a felony charge….” Bail is now $2640
