(Before It's News)

With a yard overrun with clay pots, pop and metal plates, Hickok45 tapped in a vintage WWII-era Inland Carbine for some backup.

Of the myriad of companies that made the M1 during the war, the Inland Manufacturing Division of GM cranked out about 2.6 million from their Dayton, Ohio plant between about October 1941 and August 1945. This was more than any other maker, accounting for something like 40~ percent of all GI M1s produced.

Stoking the warbaby .30 cal carbine with new Federal ammo, Hickok doesn’t seem to have much trouble with the classic military arm.
