Wikileaks’ Vault 7 publication of a massive cache of CIA documents now reveals one of the most crucial bits of information yet — the government cannot possibly prove its crackpot Russian hackers theory about the U.S. election, because the CIA has all the tools to make it appear as if The Russians Did It, whether or not they did.
Further, the CIA, itself — not The Russians, as officials have alleged — might be responsible for putative electronic ‘fingerprints’ left upon purported hacks into various official U.S. systems, since the agency keeps a voluminous ‘library’ of malware deployed by foreign nations.

We have found the enemy/hackers
And it’s us (aka CIA).
Russian hackers were CIA informants
I have know this for sometime now. I always said that it couldn’t have been the Russians because it looked like the Russians did it. you can believe that the Russians are just as qualified to make it look like anyone but themselves did the hacking. Therefore why in the Hell would the Russians leave their footprint.
If the Russians did do it we would be led to believe it was some other country.
Now… another thing I caught in all of the denials by the looney left and the prior administration, the word “American”
they all state that no spying was done on “Any American”. well…see where I’m going with this one?
I don’t get where you’re going, seriously. It’s probably so obvious that I’ll kick myself in the ass.
It’s easy to make up stories to fit any narrative when you start from the assumption that an agent is all-knowing and all-powerful, isn’t it?
