A Sloth is happy just hanging out in a tree, unaware it has been spotted by a hungry Puma. Although the sloth seems far higher than the puma can manage to climb, the hungry feline won’t give up. After trying and failing to climb the tree, the puma nearly gives up. The big cat sharpens its claws in frustration. Meanwhile, the carefree sloth makes a grave mistake when, thinking it is out of the predator’s reach, it decides to swing from branch to branch. When the sloth slightly loses its footing, the puma makes one last valiant attempt, climbing the tree far higher than thought possible. The puma grips onto the hind of the sloth. Suspended in an eternal moment between life and death, the sloth clings to the tree, savoring its last moments. The puma hangs suspended midair by its jaws latched onto the sloth.
