Apocalyptic Floods are Sweeping the Globe as the Earth’s Mantle is Slipping. There is also an Authentic Second Sun Captured from Brazil. All of these vidoes and photos are from June and July 2016. Are these the Earth Expansion process or the coming passing of Nibiru related we have to wonder.

Just rain, uncontrolled development on flood plains and poor maintenance. Also the internet and cameras are now everywhere throughout the world, it has an odd effect of showing exactly what happens when a local flood runs wild but people believe because they can see it happening live it is happening here too. More interesting is the once in a century floods which happen in Australia in 2010-11(actually every 25 years) which lowered the global sea level, these are normal and are why that nation has Aquifers.

I don’t believe that the crust slides on the mantle. Not even slowly. (The “expanding Earth” theory is the alternative.)
The axis shift will be a shift of the axis of rotation. The poles, the equator, will be in different locations.
