DOOMSDAY WARNING: Moon is on COLLISION COURSE with Earth, say scientists SCIENTISTS have sent out a stark warning claiming that the Moon is on a COLLISION course with Earth. Eventually the Moon and Earth will collide in an event that will be catastrophic for both celestial bodies.
Currently, the Moon is actually moving away from the Earth at an average rate of 3.8 centimetres a year. However, experts are warning that the lunar satellite will eventually hurtle towards Earth.
As a result of tidal friction – the way that the Moon’s gravitational pull tugs on our oceans, what causes tides – the Moon will slowly begin to move Earth-bound.
Jason Barnes, a planetary scientist at the University of Idaho, told Forbes: “The final end-state of tidal evolution in the Earth-Moon system will indeed be the inspiral of the Moon and its subsequent collision and accretion onto Earth.”
Oh did these same scientist conveniently forget that the moon used to be closer to earth?

I think I heard on infowars or coast to coast am radio show that the Pentagon or global elites have a attraction beam that can move the moon around and direct asteroids to hit earth or something.

While we are waiting, the moon will eventually fly off into space. Maybe it will hit Mars and create conditions suitable for life again?
Fake news alert! Scientists did not really say what the cause is that
will stop it from moving away and all of the sudden move towards us at all
that I could see. So unless some magical force stops it from moving away,
it will continue to move away. Where do you find these silly stories at?
I wouldn’t worry too much about it. By the time it happens, the earthlings would be space-bound so that they don’t even need the earth anymore. No new knowledge can be gained by this kind of stupid nonsense anyways.
