(Before It's News)

Jim Rickards, a Washington insider explains the new Economic Models and how decisions are made in the “Two Governments” of the US – one of the “Downtown Financial Government” and the other being the “Virginia Military Government”. He also goes on to explain the real meaning of “helicopter money.”

The IMF is also the Central Bank of the World being run right now by the French lady, Ms LaGarde. He also explains that that IMF has already issued Special Drawing Rights (SDR) in 2009 as a test of a Word Currency.

The IMF on Special Drawing Right (SDR);

[IMF] The SDR is an international reserve asset, created by the IMF in 1969 to supplement its member countries’ official reserves. As of March 2016, 204.1 billion SDRs (equivalent to about $285 billion) had been created and allocated to members. SDRs can be exchanged for freely usable currencies. The value of the SDR is currently based on a basket of four major currencies: the U.S. dollar, euro, the Japanese yen, and pound sterling. The basket will be expanded to include the Chinese renminbi (RMB) as the fifth currency, effective October 1, 2016.

According to Wikipedia;

Special drawing rights (ISO 4217 currency code XDR, also abbreviated SDR) are supplementary foreign exchange reserve assets defined and maintained by the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The XDR is the unit of account for the IMF, and is not a currency per se. XDRs instead represent a claim to currency held by IMF member countries for which they may be exchanged.[3] The XDR was created in 1969 to supplement a shortfall of preferred foreign exchange reserve assets, namely gold and the U.S. dollar.

XDRs are allocated to countries by the IMF. Private parties do not hold or use them. The amount of XDRs in existence was around XDR 21.4 billion in August 2009. During the global financial crisis of 2009, an additional XDR 182.6 billion were allocated to “provide liquidity to the global economic system and supplement member countries’ official reserves”. By October 2014, the amount of XDRs in existence was XDR 204 billion.

Therefore the SDR has been in use for decades as a mechanism for international bank settlements and will be used for the anointment of the Gold backed Yuan later this year. What will this change mean for the US Dollar? Probably a further devaluation of the Dollar both in terms of use and value.

Another important point to note here is that we are already in a “Digital Money” Era which most of our money and wealth is already being traded as bits and bytes and digital impluses just as it was predicted and planned decades ago.
