North Korea developing EMP Weapons – Ex-CIA Chief: No Solution to EMP Attack
South Korea’s spy agency said Monday that North Korea was using Russian technology to develop electromagnetic pulse weapons aimed at paralysing military electronic equipment south of the border
The National Intelligence Service (NIS) said in a report to parliament that the North had purchased Russian electromagnetic pulse (EMP) weaponry to develop its own versions.
EMP weapons are used to damage to electronic equipment. At higher energy levels, an EMP event can cause more widespread damage including to aircraft structures and other objects.

Ex-CIA Chief: No Solution to EMP Attack
WASHINGTON – Contrary to the findings of a 2008 commission mandated by Congress to consider a defense against an electromagnetic pulse attack and its effects on the national grid, a retired Air Force general who also headed the National Security Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency says that there isn’t a solution to an EMP attack.
Speaking before the Bipartisan Policy Center at a conference on the threats to the U.S. electrical grid, Michael Hayden also said the Obama administration has no plan to defend against an EMP.
The conference, however, focused more on the impact of cyber attacks on the national grid.
Experts say that protection against an EMP also would provide protection from a cyber attack.

hahhaha no solution my ass the ONLY way to block completely the effects of an EMP is to encase the electronics in PYRITE separated from Iron aka Fools Gold and then composite it into a shape using polymers and coat it with Zinc Properly Ground it with a tertiary clystron coil array buried in copper sulfate in a triangular pattern and Pump Nitrogen in the chamber containing the electronics. they half ass do this when they ” Harden ” the electronics in military vehicles and equipment but they are not beyond the Ion Precipitation saturation in the actual metal of the conductive elements OR you build electronics entirely based on light using fiber-optics and LED’s instead of copper and gold conductive elements. but WAY into the future for that.
