The video is at least strange and researching more about it, read some reviews claiming that this video would be 2013, but none of the videos I found, video here:
Something about the look of the video leads me to believe the building is a miniature, given they can’t focus on it and the way camera is moving constantly. If that’s the case, the “alien” could be some sort of spider or insect with long legs.
Bottom line, I don’t buy it.

Your lack of research and follow up information on anything you post, is bad enough, you could at least pretend you know what you’re doing by embedding youtube videos instead of just linking them.
