(N.Morgan) The severe weather that Bolivia has been being battered with is killing their farm industry. This is a planned attack by the New World Order. Man made HAARP events are deployed when a country doesn’t tow the line with this regime and now Bolivia is getting a taste of that.The one way to being any country to its knees, is to effectively kill their food supply. What better way than with horrible weather?

Wonder why the weather is so bad? Got your answer. Look it up and see it’s potential. It is a weapon to “modify” weather. What a great way to hurt so many and blame it on the weather. It will get worse and they don’t care if you know. What can you do about it except pray? There is no one on this planet to save us.
So I don’t see the connection here. How is a flood connected to the NWO?
Maybe they are taking the water from California, and dumping it in Bolivia, that’ll explaine where all the water bombers went when they couldn’t put out the forest fires, which were started by the NWO, to get rid of the National Parks and sell them to China. Right?
HAARP weather modification via Eveyln Rothschilds new business venture. It is said to raise/lower the ionosphere to create high/low area’s around the globe which makes the weather hotter or colder in small areas. So you can direct storms, make the bigger/smaller.
Say with the phillipines, you threaten them to put in a new country leader that is western aligned, if they say no then you try a civil revolution if it is suitable, if that fails then you devastate the area so that they need loans to recover. You offer them the loans that is impossible to pay off, or offer a western puppet politician to lead the country and get them interest free and/or just gifted money to recover. Bill Gates goes in with vaccines. Media gets corrupted to not say anything bad about the new gov, etc etc etc.
