(N.Morgan) Despite the rumors that the HAARP facility is closing in Alaska, the HAARP program and the Geoengineering programs are still in full swing. If you are unfamiliar with reading radars, all you have to do is look at the erratic weather patterns and the skewed jet stream, to know that something isn’t right or look up into the sky and see all of the unnatural lines jetting across it and you are seeing the Geoengineering program at work.
