Lunar city lights ! See the video

On todays anomaly search i went to google moon (first time for me with google moon) and saw these “lights”
As usual you decide what you see. I would love to get some comments on facebook with your thoughts on what it is.. Is it lights from a Lunar city.?? is it just sun refleksion from object on the ground.?

It seem like the “lights” are concentrated in this area most around the black crater holes.
