17 Creepy Photos You Won’t Believe Were Caught On Film
There are creepy photos, and then there are the photos that send a chill down your spine. Some are of ghostly apparitions, some are of tragic events, and others are just downright bizarre.These photos are believed not to have been tampered with, and some have even been examined by experts who say that the photos are, in fact, legitimate. Regardless of whether they’re actually real or not, they’re definitely creepy. Decide for yourself.
1. This photo of a recently deceased woman.
These are always hella creepy, but they used to be the norm.
2. The bedroom of a murder victim in the Bronx.
3. This body falling from the ceiling as the picture snapped.
There’s debate as to whether or not this is real. Some believe that it’s due to reusing film (a common practice in this era) and having two photos overlap, but others believe that it’s a genuine photo. Either way, it’s really freaky.
4. Footprints in an abandoned nuclear reactor.
It’s hard to say why these are here, especially barefoot.
5. This person committing suicide.
The photographer had no idea what he was catching on film. He was taking a photo of the people on the Yangtze River Bridge.
6. The victims of the Jonestown Massacre.
The infamous “Kool-Aid Cult,” founded by Jim Jones. The massacre resulted in 918 victims, although only 912 died from drinking the poison.
7. The ghost from The Amityville Horror haunting.
What’s so creepy about this is that it was taken by a camera set up on the landing that would take photos through the night automatically, and there are no other photos of the young boy on the film.
8. The unexpected visitor.
This photo was taken in the 1990s in Boothill Cemetary. The outfit was intentional, but the little boy in the background was not.
9. The real Annabelle doll.
The doll that appeared in The Conjuring and Annabelle was based on the above Raggedy Ann doll.
10. This ghostly white woman.
This photo was taken in Worstead Church in 1975 by the woman in the first pew’s husband. They swear there was nobody behind her, and when they asked the priest about it, he told them there was a white woman who had been haunting the church for the past 150 years.
11. This little boy caught wandering the farm.

13. This girl who just wants her damn movie.
It’s hard to tell if there’s actually something wrong or if she’s trying to be funny. It’s pretty Exorcist-esque, if you ask me.
14. This creepy af Halloween costume.
I realize that these were homemade and were innocent enough, but this is going to give me nightmares.
15. This uninvited visitor caught on camera.
Dear god, so scary. Analyses have found that it’s not Photoshopped. It’s basically the beginning of a slasher film.
16. This woman who was confined to one room for 24 years by her mother.
17. This little girl who grew up in a concentration camp drawing “home.”
